CoC Eligible Project Types

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funds may be used under the following project types, known as program components. These components are:

1. Permanent Housing (PH)
   • Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
   • Rapid Re-Housing (RRH)
2. Transitional Housing (TH)
3. Joint Transitional-Rapid Re-housing (TH-RRH)
4. Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
5. Coordinated Entry (CE)

Funding for Supportive Services Only (SSO) projects has been made available through special funding opportunities such as the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) and the Special Unsheltered NOFO (SNOFO) but is not typically available through the CoC Program NOFO.
